We have decided to let the hosting for the MX Kids Talk Forum expire this year instead of renewing it. The forum will continue to be available until June 2007 when the hosting will expire. If you have private messages you want to save or email addresses you'd like to get from friends on the forum, please be sure you take care of those things before June.

- Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
- The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
- You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
- Please note that a bad-word filter is in effect on this board. Any submitted word that matches a word on our filter list will be replaced by '[censored]' in the post. Parents may request a list of our filtered words at any time at no charge. They may also request words to be added to our list at any time.
- You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.
- This board maintains the use of an warning system. Moderaters can 'warn' a user for any violation of these terms or instructions set forth in the board. Once a user has five (5) warnings they will be banned from the board. Users will be able to monitor their warning status and details on any warning given. Warnings may be disputed through private conversation with the board administrator, however no guarantee of removal is given.
- Kids must have their parents permission to use this board. If we find out, through any medium, that you did not have permission you will be banned immediately from this board. We will also honor any parents request to restrict or ban a childs use of this board even if permission was initially given.
